General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These GTC govern the sale of digital training courses offered by Studio AI Club on studio-ai-club.com.
2. Products
The products are digital training courses (videos, PDF documents, prompts, and tools) accessible online. No physical product is shipped.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros. Studio AI Club reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order and Payment
Payment is made securely online at the time of order. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate: an access/download link is sent by email after purchase. No delivery fees apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that performance begins upon validation of the order and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. See the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The purchase grants a personal and non-transferable use license. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
The training courses are for educational purposes. Studio AI Club does not guarantee any specific commercial results, as these depend on each individual's involvement.

10. Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; the customer can freely use a consumer mediator.
