Refund Policy
Our courses are immediate access digital products, delivered by email upon payment validation.
By confirming their order, the customer expressly requests the immediate execution of the service and waives their right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Consequently, no refund can be granted once access to the course has been delivered.
Exception: Technical issue
If you encounter an access or download problem, please contact us at contact@studio-ai-club.com: we will do everything possible to resolve it quickly. If access cannot be restored, a refund may be considered.
